Cheapest way to list on Rightmove / Zoopla?

I already have photos / energy survey/ floor plans etc, what would be the cheapest way to get on Rightmove / Zoopla? I've seen a few websites that will you list you, but they include photos etc. I don't need anyone to come round to take photos etc, so looking for something cheaper than the £300 + vat that these companies want.

You cant list as a private individual , so your going to have to go with housenetwork or similarNever, under any circumstances, take a sleeping pill and a laxative on the same night.0

Someone will have to come round and see/measure your property, even if you want them to use your photos.0

Really? We had a floorplan done as part of the EPC0

EAs have to comply with the (former) Properties Misdescriptions Act and (now) the Consumer Protection Regulations when advertising/marketing your property, and these legislations require that everything they say about the property must be true.
They can't take any measurements from your EPC, or a floorplan drawn up by another, because they don't know they're correct. They can't describe it on the basis of you telling them about the rooms over the phone, because, again, they don't have any defence if you're misdescribing them. Therefore, someone will have to visit your property prior to listing it, if you use an agency that uses Rightmove.
This is primarily why Rightmove etc only accept adverts from EAs, to ensure that they're not leaving themselves open to being described as the 'agency' marketing the property. They only want to be the portal.0 -
Great info. Thanks for clearing that up0

Wesold . co . uk charge £100+VAT to list on Rightmove and others then charge £35+VAT for every confirmed viewing but don't really know how they monitor that and it could potentially be very expensive depending on their t&cs but could be worth looking into."talk sense to a fool and he calls you foolish" - Euripides0

.... so their fee gets higher and higher the more viewings they do?
What incentive do they have to sell the owner's property quickly, then?0 -

The question was 'what would be the cheapest way to get on Rightmove / Zoopla?' that gets you on rightmove/zoopla for £100+VAT its the cheapest I know of. If you know of a cheaper method please post it instead of being unhelpful....
With all of these online agents their is no incentive to sell quickly, for example house network basic package is 395+vat for 6 months marketing there is no incentive for them to sell in 6 months because if they can get it to roll over they get another £395+VAT
The only way to incentive an estate agent is to pay on competition which will cost more"talk sense to a fool and he calls you foolish" - Euripides0 -

I was commenting in the wider context of the (House Buying etc.) forum, not the thread.

You mean completion, of course, but there's many other ways to incentivise beyond a fee at that stage.0
