i use mine all the time but not with senseo pods as it seems to be a weak coffee..i got a gadget from amazon that allows you to put your own filter coffee in..

Thank you, I will order one for my mum. She is eighty and has arthritis, so I worry about her lifting the kettle. This looks ideal for her.

Hi, is it for tea? Just I'm worried it might not be quite hot enough , I don't do tea at all so may be off on the wrong tangent anyway but I think the water to make coffee can be a tiny bit cooler than tea & other drink's. re the amount it dispenses 1 cup is the equivalent to a small cup & the 2 cup size is more like a mug size, well that's on my old 1 not picked up the new 1 yet.:j Would something like this be better for her? http://www.tesco.com/direct/breville-vkj142-hot-cup-water-dispenser/206-9221.prd?pageLevel=&skuId=206-9221
