Buying New house

Hi All,
Just buying a house in london north 3 bed detach, which needs lot of work done in 4 weeks before we move in. The following is what I have thought of:
1. Rewiring - 1 week - 5K
2. Boiler - 3k 2-3 days
3. Kitchen -5 k 1 week
4. Bathroom- 2.5K 1 week (working in parallel to kitchen)
5. Whole house Carpet & paint/wallpaper - 5K 1 week..

Does the above work in right order and approx cost/time look reasonable?

Now, the work should start with rewiring, but i don't know what all it should involve. Am aware that the contractor should be NICEC registered, boiler coorgi regd etc! Any help, pointers or comments greatly appreciated.
If only there is a builder who can take over the complete work and save money in the process :)

Cheers,
Dew
