Kitchen Planning Help !!!

I'm trying to plan a kitchen, but obviously hopeless at this.
Right I’ve decided to go for a Wicks take away kitchen, but they only do 1000mm corner units.
The problem I have is that I can't get the unit to fit appropriately due to the large size of the corner units. See attached pic..
In the upper left hand corner I have a wall with pipes going through it,
so would I have to get a kitchen fitter to customize the corner unit?. Also there are unit on the left wall (i.e Sink) which will come out 600mm this only allows for a 200mm cupboard door next to the cooker(which doesn’t exist)
I have a space of 2410mm but can't get units to fit in here appropriately, how does one get these to fit in snugly.

OK so my original thoughts still stand, I would be tempted to put an 800 unit (probably need to trim it down a bit to make it 750 maybe)in the top left but with only a single 400 door on it, likeiwse top right I would put a 1000 unit with a single 500 door to maximise the use of the corners, the extra space can be used for things you don't need very often but better than wasting two corners personally. A decent fitter (or even reasonable DIYer) should be able customise the units. I personally found corner units to be expensive and impractical for our usage with the space they 'stole' hence we used bog standard units instead witha single door. Works fine for us.0
