Lunch break time.
I have just cleared another binbags worth of stuff out of DD's room  It was mostly clothes that are too small that I said she could use over Christmas but had to go afterwards, so they've just finished filling the second binbag of clothing to go to the charity shop. I then filled half a binbag going through her pens/pencils and other miscellaneous bits we didn't do yesterday. I managed to drop the desk drawer on DDs then empty desk tidy breaking it so the two mugs she had in her room are now re-purposed as pen potsI've even managed to home everything that was left out
My recycling bin is now 3/4 full, and its another week until its emptied!
Going to tackle the cuddly toys, then blankets/coats in my room next, but its so nice to see a big difference upstairs. Just hope I can achieve the same effect downstairs! :rotfl:

Done my paid work but my poor little head's in a spin cos DH has deleted almost everything from our computer calendar trying to fix it - I put everything on there and this has triggered bad stuff in me; trying to ignore it but so hard
. CBT on Weds thankfully to help me cope :T

We did most of what's on today's list yesterday as it turns out; I'll work off-list this week, and try to not make my wrists any worse.;)
Bin day tomorrow, so I'm checking round for anything to go in the recycling - I currently have tiddly-widdly dribbles of washing up liquid and hand wash dripping into the top of the new containers - you know how they're never full to the brim, so it's possible to do this. I've also turfed out some Mensa mags over a year old.
I've also put the Dys0n round, and removed the long red hairs from round the rollers on it. And done a WM load of Mr LW's jeans and t-shirts, and hand-washed two tops of mine.
I'll actually be putting the black rubbish bag out this week (I think it's 5 weeks since we put one out) so the bin men will be shocked!:DIf your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -
Afternoon ladies  and thankyou to Dusty and Natty for inspiring, instructing and occasionally bossing us into action
I am feeling SO much better than I was at the tail end of last weekI need to call the docs after 2.30 to check to see if the cultures have grown anything and if so, whether the broad spectrum ABx were the right ones, but given how well I feel I think I have kicked the UTI's butt
My GUAG has returned and as I have a day off from work, I've made the most of it...

If you are using a PC/laptop, the easiest way is to quote the post, highlight the text you want to strike through, then click the little button on the right hand end up there ^ which is as S with a strike through it. If you're on a tablet or a smart phone, I find it easier to type [ s] at the beginning of the text you want to strike through, then [ /s] at the end (no spaces in between the square brackets though, I only put them in to show you what it looks like)

Done my 2 x HHC. Couldn't wash the bathroom floors (still guarding my back) but done everything else today. Also made up our bed (stripped it first thing), done the kids beds, done the bit of washing up lying around, sprayed the window sill in the kitchen with anti bac liquid and wiped it down and took everything that should be upstairs away from downstairs. Doesn't sound like a lot for an hour but feeling like I've done something! Also fed the dog so will walk her at 3ish.
FizzWhizz glad you're feeling so much better now - sounds like you're firing on all cylinders again so that's great!
LameWolf I'd love a cuppa and some cake please - sounds delicious! Pip says maybe you could spare her a few crumbs too - norty girl she is!Flymarkeeteer: £168 and counting0 -
Hi - Fizzwizz I was sort of in with your HHC - a double HHCooking.:rotfl:
Just made a vat of James Martin (mm:o) cauli and apple soup and also some cream of mushroom using a dodgy looking box of mushies we had forgotten. That will keep me in soup for the rest of the week and might have to freeze some!!
Next stop coffee and I would love a piece of cake please LW. Was going to bake but think my eggs have gone off - need to pop out and get some to bake at teatime as DH having sugar withdrawal symptoms!
After that will just have time to do another hour of the paper frog - it is slow but steady progress.
Did bathroom shower this morning and rest will be done before I go to bed!!
Fizzwizz you are most certainly feeling better - that's a huge list you've completed!!
Tomorrow folks!July 16 £95/£200
Nov 16 £0/£200
