Avoid shopping at the company Studio i purchased a coat from the Studio website loked good free p andp and 10% discount i went ahed and ordered all went went untill I received the confirmation and despatch e-mial. there was no discount and when a i conatected them aobut they would not honnor the discount. I feel cheated and will not be buying from them again.

What exactly did the website say about the 10% discount?

Was it 'across the board' on all purchases?
Could it have been applicable only if your purchase was over a certain amount and your coat was less than that?

What exactly did the company say when they would not honnor (sic) the discount?
What reason did they give you?

They can't be that bad a company that they need avoiding, they have been going for over 50 years..so must be doing something right!

I have used Studio for years and always been pleased with their service. I recently ordered goods with the free postage and discount and it was taken off at the checkout, so I could see the prices, I got some good bargains too.

So the discount code that I found was pretty easy to enter (assuming I'm looking at the correct website).

This appeared when I entered the discount code "Eligibility for this offer will be confirmed at checkout"

Seems to be pretty straightforward?

No, the website we are supposed to avoid is called Studi, not Studio! :rotfl:
