Oil or electric heating?

Hi,
I'm in the process of buying my first house. It currently has no heating installed just a immersion heater. The area has no mains gas! So I'm torn between oil combi boiler and installing a tank in the garden?
Or
Electric storage heaters and immersion?

What's my best option ?

It's a 3 bed Victorian house.
We are also expecting our first child so it will have to be warm and cosy.

Iv red many posts regarding the options but they all lead to debates.

I would just like to know my cheapest running option?

Oil CH is more expensive to install but slightly cheaper to run than E7 NSH's per kWh. All depends how much electricity you will use on the much more expensive day E7 rate.
Having CH installed will of course increase the value of the property long term.
