city link buses

stood for ages looking for inverness to come up on the destinations board on friday night only to discover that i should have been looking for perth which is where i would have transfered to a bus to inverness
being a new customer with city link i was not aware of this, i just thought the bus stopped at perth and then went on to inverness
missed my bus and went straight to the ticket desk who sent me in the direction of the men in yellow jackets who in turn pointed out the lovely sandra who amended my ticket to travel on a later more direct bus with complimentary breakfast !
lovely scone and butter and coffee, little bit of shortbread before a short stop in aviemore which made my day, always good to be in aviemore, love aviemore !
return journey today, also trouble free despite me not knowing that having an open return ticket, you need to still book a seat on a particular bus and luckily there were space so big thanks to david and dale on the return journey for the lovely complimentary egg mayo sandwich and coffee and shortbread again
