Hi can any one advise.
I've just received a letter in the post stating I stayed other the 2hrs free parking and now I must pay £50 then upto £100.
The problem is I was not driving this car I was in my company van at work that day.
The car is registered to me but upto 3people are insured on this car..
Should I appeal and what are the chances..
