Does anyone know if when applying for Finance we should be saying that we are a Private Tenant ( as living in Army Quarters) or Home Owner ( as we rent our home out to Private Tenants)?
I am thinking we should put renters, as our Electro Register is at our Army Quarter, but we own a Mortgage also which is obviously good for credit score!
Can someone point me in the right direction for checking this question?

Been in the same position, put home owner, you are at the end of the day!! You have the mortgage to prove it as well0
