Moving monthly payment date?

How would I go about moving my repayment date by a few days? I just need it to move back by 3 days so my wage comes in before the card payment goes out. The Natwest website doesn't seem to have any info on how to do this and I can't get to a branch/ring them at the moment due to work hours. Is it easier to do this if I clear the card first, so I don't have any risk of paying interest if the new date is beyond my 56 day allowance?

Your payment due date is derived from your statement date, so ask them to move your statement date back by the 3 days (or better still, 7-10 days?).
Make sure you get it right first time though (hence the 7-10 day suggestion above), as some providers will only do it once free of charge.0
