Looking for 0% balance transfer... but I'm a student?

Hi, I wondered if anybody could help. I have about £1500 outstanding on a credit card and would love to transfer this to another card which can offer me 0% for a certain period (and the lowest transfer fees!) however I'm a full time student and not in employment which makes me suspect credit card companies won't want to touch me with a bargepole.

I have not missed any payments on my existing card and should have a pretty good credit score, so does anybody know if it is worth me applying and can recommend any good deals?
