Chessington Premier Inn or Travelodge

Just wanted advice on which of the 2 is best. We're staying at the Holiday Inn at the World of Adventures on the second day but we're travelling down and just want cheap on the first night.
I think the Premier Inn looks better in terms of food but would appreciate some advice.
The prices for both are negligible but need to way up parking costs etc.
Thanks in advance.

I personally would chose premier inn over travelodge. Check out the reviews on trip advisor. Think about locality - are they near to busy roads, etc.0

There is a Premier Inn right next door to Chessington World of Adventures, whereas the nearest Travelodges are in Epsom, Leatherhead and Tolworth each a few miles away.
I generally find Premier Inns better than Travelodges, their rooms seem to be cleaner and newer.
The Beefeater (Monkey Puzzle) restaurant next door to the Premier Inn is quite good, I've been in there a few times. Parking is free at the Premier Inn/Beefeater, though don't know about the Travelodges, as it looks they're in town centres, which usually charge for parking.0 -
Thanks trying to book hols for 2 adults and 3 kids aged 1-5. I'm trying to be as moneysaving as possible with some treats. Exhausted by choices:eek:0

I'd always choose Premier over Travelodge if locations were both as easy. In this case where Premier wins on location too it would be a very easy decision.
Premier's rooms are consistently nicer IMOI Would Rather Climb A Mountain Than Crawl Into A Hole

As kjcdal says, this is not quite true for Travelodge - you can also have a baby in cot; from their T & C;
Maximum occupancy for rooms is:- Family Rooms:
Maximum number of occupants is 5 (including babies & children), in the following combinations:
2 adults, 2 children (under 16) and 1 baby in a cot
3 adults, 1 child or 1 baby in a cot (cots are available at some Hotels, depending on availability)
2 adults, 2 babies in cots (dependant on space available in the room)
You should speak directly to the Hotel to confirm availability of cots and room size
