REally would really appreciate some help here.
I have foiund my ideal property and with a 7 month old baby am desperate to move asap. We are downsizing and finding it very difficult to sell a £500,000 house, with interest rates etc. no interest. We decided to sell with a company who allow you to bring the person's house that you want on the market with them buy it and in effect they will buy yours(with a percentage taken out for their own gain of course) We didn't mind as we've made some equity in our own home and really wnate other house. However they have told us today they aren't prepared to do this as our value is too much for them to buy. Nobody wants to know 'sell for cash' and we feel really STUCK!!! Does anybody have any solutions or know of a similar company that may let use part ex our house for the one we fell in love on the basis they will buy ours?
HELP!!!!
Thanks in advance
