Problem with MBNA online?

Ive just tried to log into my account, and my card account has disappeared, and a message saying there is no account associated with this ID. Ive tried adding it, but its not recognising my details. Anyone else having problems?

Ive rung the automated telephone service, and it gives my balance, so im hoping its just a problem with the online service!

Hi exact same thing happening to me. I was a bit suspicious when the memorable picture and phrase info didn't appear. Good to know it isn't just me!

Same here. I hadn't used the card for several weeks, so began to wonder if they'd closed it, but obviously not!

Same issue for me. I've tried calling them but was stuck in a queue for at least 15 mins before I saw this post and hung up.

So yes same issue for me, hope it gets fixed soon.

edited to add...looks like the site is down for "essential maintenance" now, so it looks like they're on to it.

Thanks folks, glad its not just me. It would be nice if they had something on the website, so people like me dont panic when they log in!

Seems to be working now, my account has reappeared :-)
