How do I replace a 5 lever chubb lock?

Hi our back door lock isn't working first time. It will eventually unlock but it might take 4 or 5 attempts.
It needs replacing but I don't know how.
The back door is aluminium and seems to have an integrated door handle and key hole. I have searched for a picture but can't find one.
The plate down the edge of the door has 2 cut outs 1 - for the bolt and 1 for the latch that the handles operate.
What do I need to buy to replace the locking mechanism?
I can't seem to see how the door handles would come off.

You may need one of these

Your handles sound as though they have a snap on cover, insert a thin bladed scraper or similar between the door handle and door and ease it off. If it's been fitted properly the fixing screws should be on the inside, there may also be a small grommet fixing the handle to the spindle usually released using an allen key.0 -

Thanks, I think you are right about the snap on cover. Do I need to take the cover off inside or outside of the door?
The door handle is similar to the one in the link except there is no visible screw. There seems to be black plastic top and bottom of the panel

I'd start with the inside, as mentioned earlier the screws should be on the inside (security and all that)0
