Cheap Energy Club cashback query
I switched my gas and electricity via the Cheap Energy Club back in September 2013, the switch took a little longer an anticipated but has been fully completed for some time, however I have not received any cashback, despite the email stating "In around six weeks. It'll be paid straight into your account and appear as 'EnergyClubCashbk'."
Could anyone point me in the direction as to how I go about chasing this up?
