Hi,
We have just had an offer accpeted on our first flat. It needs a bit of work including a new kitchen. Can anybody advise on where to start?! In terms of labour would we need a joiner, electrician and plumber to fit a new kitchen? ALso how feasable would it be for 2 DIY novices to rip out the old kitchen?
Finally, the kitchen is 9" by 9"11 - any idea of what a new fitted kitchen including appliance would cost to buy and to get fitted?
Totally clueless, any help would be gretaly appreciated!
Thanks!

Probably none of the above. maybe if you want handmade oak units and major electricsl snf plumbing work. Not for a bog standard new flatpack kitchen. It's pretty basic stuff really.
With the help of my diy dad, we ripped the old ceiling down, plasterboarded the ceiling, did some plastering, put new light switches and sockets in, put ew sink/units/worktops in. Oh and a dishwasher. It's all easy doable stuff.
As for ripping it out.. How qualified do you think you need to be? Just take it to peices and dump it down the tip.0
