Picture sizing problem

Hi can anyone tell me how to get a picture printed out in 6x3 vertical rather than horizontal . I have altered the setting to get it to this size but it keeps printing out horizontal.

    Try rotating the picture if the print software isnt doing it correctly.

    What happens when you try to print? Does it stretch the picture?
