Scottish Power - bye bye, what a poor company!
Currently with BG for my electricity, and having gas installed into my house in in 9 days..... however the council had requested the meter be fitted last year in October.
Got an estimated bill for 97 days for £435.
So i called SP to explain my meter hasn't been connected into the house, and i have no gas coming in..... wow 55minutes to get through.... and not even a freephone number..... anyhow several days on the balance has been reduced to £19! tried to call again after 40 minutes i gave up ( found a free phone number this number time ), and as i result, im switching
So bye bye SP and BG
im taking the plunge with Ovo Energy. On the Gas the unit prices and standing charge were both cheaper than SP, their electricty charge was very slightly more than BG, but the Gas will still save me money!!!
