2 years to get ppi back

I used my debt management company to help me reclaim my ppi as wasnt sure how to go about it. Anyway its taken nearly 2 years and i still havent got a clue whats going on, is this normal?

Strangers on the internet wont know, call the CMC or the bank involved to find out. It may take 2 years if referred to FOS.0

I would want to know why my Debt Management Company is charging me to make the complaint on my behalf rather than recommending I did it myself free, thus releasing more money to clear my debts sooner.
If they cannot give a satisfactory answer then, ironically, FOS has jurisdiction over them. In other words, you could then get FOS to force the DMC to waive its fee.0
