no i was moved from paid ib to esa wrag this is both paid and unpaid and depends on total income as a house hold so due to my wife having a income the same as a couple on jsa my esa was set to £0

this is how the council has made such a mess i was told are appicable amount was the same as i am still on esa wrag even if its £0 payments
then 18months later they say they have been told its a mistake by dwp and should be lower

I think I saw it as a attack due to how often they made mistakes
After a year of having to call them month after month and they keep repeating the mistake you start to think its being done as a attact

Since Xmas i have had a 80 page repeat of statements going all the way back to 2012 a total of 5 times all showing different amounts when I speak to them now they often just hang up on me after they see the mess they made

For us now we owe nothing we have given up on the past statements
Thou we are sure they have taken £300 more out of are income but I can't see this being corrected now

Dwp didn't understand why they spent the last 2 years lieing to us about the petrol they said its clear on the payslips that the petrol isn't included and has never been taken into account for tax credits
