CAR 400 radio code needed

can anyone help me? i need a code for car400 radio in astra g dti 1.7
the stamp on side of radio is:GM04003334222B
ALSO HAVE BARCODE IF NEEDED

    Another request for a radio code for an astra! The radio serial number is GM050031875506. Hopefully someone can help, please.

    sorry forum,but mate,if no joy here goto gsm-forum & ask there. I was told all night on forums that mines was impossible to get without going to vauxhall. guy just gave me my code no probs.his username was diddygy

    Not possible, you have to send the radio off to be decoded (£40) or pay VX £40 to recover the code.

    Best bet is to ditch the POS, get a facia plate and fit one that's not sh*t.

    Next, question the logic of having security codes on factory fit radios, which come as standard and only fit one particular brand of car......

    Are u serious? I just tried the seemingly impossible code and IT WORKS. So much for not possible eh
    I love it when someone has better technology than someone else + the someone else doesn't like it lol
    In case u don't believe me would u like a pic o radio working?

    I'm a member of various VX forums and this topic pops up at least once a month, I currently have a dead radio in my 2004 Vectra. VX make it extremely hard to get the codes without going through a dealership. I don't know if your radio was from before this.......

    I'd rather pay £100 for a better radio, than pay VX £40 for a code to a radio that I already f*cking own.
