Letter from Barclays re PPI on Egg Card?

Hi guys, after a bit of help please


I've received a letter from Barclaycard yesterday about the sale of PPI with my old egg card.


In short it tells me to go online and complete a questionnaire.


I haven't started to fill it out yet as I don't want to get caught out and perhaps put something I shouldn't, however you cant view the form in advance.


Has anyone else had this and am I better off just sending a letter or filling in the form online?


If I am honest I cant even remember when I got it, think it was 2005 and have no idea whether I filled it in online or not...


Any advice/help or suggestions gratefully received.

barclaycard contacted me a few weeks ago re potential missold PPI on my 2005 egg card. I filled out the form honestly and said that I never knew I had PPI, wouldn't have thought I needed it as per my employment t&c and didn't remember any conversations at that time explaining PPI to me. They wrote back and offered refund within a couple of weeks.

However, they offered me refund for one year only and i'm still running the card now so not sure why the PPI would have ended after only one year. I have the refund cheque but am tempted to submit SAR to barclaycard to hopefully obtain old egg statements to check.....
