Tyrells Field Of Dreams Frozen Page

I was just doing the daily thread & clicked three times. On the third time a golden ticket came out & it said you could be a winner. the page refreshed it's self nothing to do with me I didn't touch anything & the page is now frozen.

When I click on the bit that say's Confirm your details nothing happens.

A couple of weeks ago I won the case of Tyrells crisps & the page was similar it said congratulations click to enter your details which I did & I also had a email as soon as it said I had won.

I have not had the email this time.

Does anyone know how to take a screen shot in easy to understand computer numpty language?

Or anyone else think of any other way to get it to work?

Hi, try pressing Prt Screen top right hand side then opening up a work document and press Ctrl and V (to paste) or if not go to Paste.ONly ever pull out junk on that game!

Ticket just gets you into the monthly draw, check your e-mail in another tab to see if the "win" has registered

I've always got my comping email account open in another window & no email has come.

O.K I've found the PRT Screen button, but opening up a word document has me baffled lol.

Will opening up a email page to send the screen shot in be ok?

You won't believe this I can't find their email address now!

there is a contact them form & phone number but no email address

blimey I don't think I'm supposed to go in the draw!

Sent them a message on there contact us form asking for their email address so I can send them the screen shot

Much as I love the instant wins, they seem a lot more susceptible to issues like this.

Not that that stops me sitting on tenterhooks watching spinning gingerbread; slot machines; cleaning product tombolas; spinning bottle and teacups every day... :rotfl:
