Hi techie wizards...I am still not able to get onto my kids school website from my win 7 laptop or my xp desktop. All I get is "Firefox can't find the server at www"....same with chrome...I thought it might be a router setting but my ipod will get their website,no trouble using the same wi fi router.
So whats going on?? or not as it happens!:rotfl:! Anyone help please?..I want to check the learning platform 'cos they're very light on homework lately

The website may be down for some reason. Give it a while and try again.

    Which version of firefox?
What add-ons do you have installed?
    1. Have you tried to Google the answer?
    2. If you were in the other person's shoes, how would you react?
    3. Do you want a quick answer or better understanding?
