I Supply Enery
Is it just me having problems with isupply? We moved our account to them in 2012 as the comparison sites said they were cheap and new and not one of the big 4.
They tell me "that due to system problems" they cannot give me a the missing statements on the energy account. These were due at the end of the fixed tariff period and the end of the last quarter.
Also they have put my DD up at the end of the fixed rate period despite owing me a significant sum of money. They tell me that I can claim this back if they ever get around to sending me the missing statements.
Can anyone say anything nice about isupply?
