Apparently the contract cannot be renegotiated. So who did you negotiate with in the first place? It's all rubbish. Contract and pre-estimate of loss is all you need. My last charge was cancelled in 5 days by this lot, only last week and the previous took 4 days. Be confident, slightly sarcastic and don't use mitigation. Smart Parking are learning who to stop wasting time on.0
