Can the DWP find out your land line number

Nor me, it's just that I like to leave the landline for family and friend calls, and not other things.
But, in the end, it makes little odds.

I have also had it happen Morglin, and have always told them I have no intention of discussing anything on the phone and tell them to put it all in writing.
If they have rang you on a landline when you have not given it out this actually amounts to harassment and it can be registered as an official complaint.
Well, I wasn't actually being harassed, as it was a simple OP pension query I was happy to discuss.
But, I followed it up in writing, and they responded in writing.

I would think it would be beneficial for the DWP to have access to all phone numbers, for queries or to inform of any kind of problem with a claim or payments etc...alot quicker than a letter. If it's not something your happy to deal with on the phone ask them to put it in writing.0
