I use Netmeter to check on speeds, usage etc..
Does seem to as accurate as it was.
is there anything else that can be advised?

Hi,
ISP suggested I keep an eye on speeds following problems.
i have been using BT speedtest to check diagnostics, router stats for
connections.
I note these down but it would be good if some program did this all for me!

they are probably just placating you.
routerstats provides the only information of use to anyone, a speedtest or a series of them won't change anything, if anything it's likely to contribute to the problem!!
