LOL - thanks for the suggestion CLaire, I know you're trying to help and clutching at straws for me, it's very sweet

I wouldn't consider doing this at all even if I could (being homeless and having a shot credit rating, not that good for getting credit lol), I from this point on will never ever ever take any credit other than a morgage (and even then, not def) in my life, and as soon as I'm BR will never have anything again. No O/D, not a credit card, nothing. If I want it on Credit card my mum can pay and I'll transfer the money to her Bank Account before hand. Never ever again. Don't trust myself and it's a horrid system anyway that preys on the poor.Do not feed the trolls please.0 -
I agree, some people are good with credit unfortunately I am not one of them. Managed fine on lower wage with higher outgoings before I got my first credit card, down hill from there, banks offering me loans and more cards, thought I they think I can afford it, I must be able to. How wrong was I.Went BR 25th May 2007 at 12.33, OR Interview now done. BSC No 880

wonder if they will accept the answer, a stinking git, low life ******* boyfriend ponced off me for 6 months before i woke up and smelt the roses, by which time i was semi upto my eyes in it??The first time we said hello, was the first time we said goodbye. As the angels took your tiny hand and flew you to the sky-you forever left us breathless. RIP my beautiful granddaughter

OR just asked questions on how I got into debt, why I got into debt and when did I first get into debt. Asked a variety of different questions to help understand why I went BR. Various reasons, lousy with credit, had a really good paying job made redundant 5 years ago but lifestyle never really changed, not that it was too extravagent, buried head in sand and so on. Explained that I never looked for limit increases they just happened and I assumed if the Bank thought I could pay it then maybe I could....Went BR 25th May 2007 at 12.33, OR Interview now done. BSC No 880

Oh I know very very clearly the very first moment my disastrous relationship with credit went t*ts up - when I got my first student loan and frittered it away and the bank threw an OD and Credit card at me. I planned to pay all that back with my second years student loan and budget like a demon, get part time work throughout my degree and be all ok having learnt a nasty lesson. But the second loan they decided that was the year they were going to pay it in instalments, not one lump, so the plan went out the window to pay back the CC, interest started accruing, was paying it off slowly, then I was in a bad car accident that crippled my arm for a couple of years so couldn't get another good part time job (left the first one due to being given a written warning for phoning in sick because I had just been raped and had already had 5 sick days off that year - I refused to tell them it was because I had been raped as my manager was a dirty little old man anyway and didn't really want to share that with them, so I walked out) (and whilst M&S etc won't admit that was the reason in case I sued them it so so was, I'm not being arrogant on that one). And it snowballed from there, with a lot of head sticking in the sand moments. Silly silly girlDo not feed the trolls please.0

LOL, tis ok -what doesn't kill you makes you stronger, and I was a fool so karma meant I earnt it anyway really in the grand balance of things I guess, especially as now I'm going BR so lots of people (even if they are multi-billion pound corps) won't get their money so am not a nice person in my eyes (but forgivable :A )
Life deals you what it deals you, you just get on with things the best you can and try and make it a better place for you and those around you.Do not feed the trolls please.0
