credit report in new address after return to UK

hi

i left uk for 6 years now and i will return next month.
so if me or bank run a credit report of me and my address aboard.
(As bank only ask your last 7 years address. )

my old defaults , late payment, ccj would not show up right?
i checked with trust online and no CCJS was recorded.

    If the defaults and CCJ were over 6 years ago, they will have dropped of the credit record regardless of address history used.

    does it mean if its not show in the TrustOnline report then it also disappeared in my credit report?

    also do i need to tell banks i live in UK 7 years before?

    CCJ records on trustopnline are removed 6 years from the judgement date. That is why CCJs drop off your credit report after the same time, as that is where the reports get their info from.

    Providing you satisfy the bank's identity verification then you should be able to get a basic bank account regardless of any negatives on your credit files (as basic bank accounts do not offer a credit facility).

    You may struggle to a regular bank account with an overdraft facility as you will be new to the UK and not be able to provide a UK address history for the last few years.
