Not received goods in post on 2nd attempt

Options
During the first week of this year, I paid Wowcher £4.99 for a 2 metre iPhone cable and some earphones. The deal was through links4.co.uk.

On 13th Jan, I had an e-mail from Links4 that my order was dispatched. Not received it. Then on 22nd Jan, I e-mailed saying I have not received it. Later that day, they e-mailed me to say they have resent the package and apologised.

I have still not received it. I don't have an issue with my post in my area.

I have got a funny feeling, they have not sent me a 2nd set of charger cable and earphones.

The package would fit in my external post box as had similar sized packages sent to me and put in the post box.

Where do I stand? I know £4.99 isn't much, but it's the principle of if I pay for something, I should get the products.

You are entitled to a refund. If you paid by credit card raise a dispute and you will get your money refunded. Do not delay, it now.

I did pay by debit card:(. This is the first time I ever had a problem with a Wowcher or Groupon deal.

    Never mind.

Discuss a charge back with you card issuer.

I have given them the correct address. I have emailed them again this morning saying I am very angry about their customer service.

I'd count it as a blessing in disguise.

£4.99 for a charging cable and headphones?

Aside from the headphones being absolute tripe, I'd be very wary of using cheap charging equipment.

Get a refund if you can. If you can't write it off as a stroke of good fortune, your ears and possibly house/you will be better off.
