Hope someone can help.
We booked to stay in Newport Bay Club, Disneyland Paris back in Sept last year, just received an email today stating the hotels pool, sauna and fitness centre will be closed during our visit, we were not informed at the time of booking and it wasn't put on the website until end of Sept.
We have been offered another hotel at a cost of £500 to ourselves, but at the time of booking this hotel was cheaper than the one we chose.
They have given use a free character breakfast at the grand cost of £52.
We have been told we can't use the facilities at any of the other hotels. I am so upset at the moment, but with only 2 weeks before we travel, we just don't know what's best to do.
Can anyone advise please.

Hi, I've not been before - we go ourselves in 2 weeks for the first time. But I wouldn't worry too much about this to be honest most reviews I have read state you don't get time to use the pools anyway - not much consolation I know but don't let it ruin your holiday. The pools apparently are very cold and not used much as I say I don't know for sure but you may not even notice???

How long are you staying for? I'm so excited:)

can you try pushing for someone extra on top of the character breakfast? Maybe a meal one evening? That would probably be more useful than the pool facilities.
