Carphone Warehouse

In 2009 I upgraded my phone contract from a SONY Ericsson, to an Iphone 3GS. I have recently discovered (slack I know!) that I am still paying Carphone Warehouse 19.99 every 3 months for phone insurance for a phone I no longer have! I just assumed that this insurance would terminate at the end of the contract for the SONY Ericsson but they have kept taking money from my account. This has now stopped as I cancelled the payment with the bank, but am I entitled to claim the money I paid back which would be around £320 or is it not possible. I am going to write to Carphone Warehouse but am I entitled to the money back or not.

thanks

Owain

I doubt if it is possible, but you r best bet is to contact Carphone Warehouse and see if they are willing to do anything (or offer a gesture of goodwill).
