ppi help

Had ppi on a loan but never claimed as we made a claim against it when my husband was ill.today he received a letter saying "although we have not reviewed the sale of your particular ppi, we have identified concerns which could affect the suitability of your ppi" going to fill out forms but wonder what the general feeling is about this

If you have claimed on the insurance then any redress (should it be awarded) will have the amount your husband originally claimed deducted from it. Only if your redress is more than you claimed will you actually receive anything.
