HELP!!! - Forgotten admin password on computer!!!

We have changed the admin password on the computer and now cannot log in. The day after changing the password my son was also playing and trying to log in and now his own login has locked out.
You may not know the answer but do you know of any good windows xp forums that I can post this request on?

get something like the winternals admin pack - can boot from it and change the admin password.0

There are lots of free programs out there to delete the current password.

Thanks everyone for their support. Will definately write it down this time.. Dh used booted in safe mode and went into administrator account and worked it out from there....
