My Mam and Dad are with them, and are thinking if leaving as they're having trouble with them, their bills are constantly wrong, and when my Mam tries to phone up to sort it out, she's either on hold for on average half an hour, or doesn't get anywhere with them.
From what I know, home phone numbers are included in your free calls tarif, but mobile phone numbers and 0845 numbers are not. So no idea why sometimes you get them free?
The only way to find out is to phone up and TRY to talk to someone!0
