Holiday Extras - sneaky insurance addition

Booked some car parking at Gatwick with Holiday Extras.
On the final page when you put in your card details 'Cancellation Insurance' at £1.99 is sneakily added to the basket which is hidden to the right.
There is no mention of this at any point prior to the final confirmation page.
Although there is a remove button, I find it slightly misleading that it's just dumped in at the final point after you have reviewed what you are booking. Must have been learning from Ryanair
