Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr help please

Why can I only login to certain sites and not others. Been trying for ages to login to a baby site to order some stuff and 123 greetings to send my friend a card. I have no problems with this site or other forums.
laymen's terms please with your answers I'm a bit thick.


I can't even insert a smilie.

    are you using the correct log-in name and the correct password?

    Try looking in your history and scroll down to look for the last time you were on that site, then copy/paste from there.

    If using Internet Explorer, with some website you need to choose 'Compatibility View', from Tools (in Menu bar).

    Not sure whether that is causing the problem.

    Yes I'm using Internet Explorer and have been have some issues with it.
    I'll see if I can do this.

    I recently had the same problem.

    Try adding the URL's to your antivirus safe list.
