Hi, I'm sure the answer I need is on here somewhere but I've had no luck so far..
I've managed via a card reader to get pics from my digi camera onto my laptop but I'm having no sucess getting them onto disc to share. I'm a hands up newbie to this stuff but I can follow logical advice.
When I try to move them to the E drive it suggests that the E drive is not accessible and is an incorrect function. E drive is working ok when I view other (borrowed) photo CDs.
What things do I need to consider? I'm thinking it'll be obvious to someone but I'm still learning.
Hope you can help.
Thanks in advance.

OK couple of questions:
Is the CD Drive equipped with a Re-Writer?
Is the media you are inserting blank?0 -

Media is certainly blank. Don't know if the drive has a re-writer - I'm managed to burn music cds ok if that suggests anything? One debt v 100 days Part 14 £400/£400

You'll need some form of software in order to burn a data or photo cd.
Do you have any disc burning software?
Nero is good.
You can get an older version (Nero 6) from here; http://www.nero.com/nero6/enu/nero-up.php (Direct download. Don't click on it unless you wish to download the software)
Nero 7 is just too bloated for your need.0 -
Thanks Donnie, have come to the conclusion its my software so what you say backs that up. Thanks too for the link.
Thanks Cledor for your help aswell.
I think this case is solved.

If you need added functionality, you can install any of the Update-Packages from 2 to 4; http://www.nero.com/nero6/enu/nero-up.php
Manuals are here; http://www.nero.com/nero6/enu/User_Guides_Nero_6_Ultra_Edition_Version_6.6.html0
