Please can anyone advise me how much I would entitled to if I was successful in a mis-sold case:
Loan taken out in Jan 2007 for £60,000
PPI £14694.00 loan and ppi £74694.00
ppi monthly premium £123.91 interest rate (at the time) 9.4%
5 year rebate £14694.00

I've sent off the forms and letter last Friday and now have to wat the 40 days!!
