Hi

Can i change my prescription anywhere? i live in London but will be travelling on tuesday so can i change it when i get to Suffolk? or does it have to be in your area does anyone know

do you mean pick your prescription up from a chemist?

If so, then the answer is yes - I live near Leeds but sometimes pick my medication up from a chemist in London if I am travelling for work. Doesn't matter where you pick it up from.

As long as its within the UK you are fine with the possible exception of one or two highly controlled drugs

If you've got your green prescription form signed by your doctor you can get it from any high street pharmacy.

If you want to pick it up elsewhere make sure you ask the pharmacist if they have the meds in stock BEFORE they stamp it. Once they start processing it they aren't supposed to give it back to you. If you want multiple meds and one is out of stock they might be expecting you to be able to go back in a few days.
