Credit rating effected while living in temp accomodation before moving into new home

Hi there,

I've just read the article "Cut Price Plastic Personal Loan" (http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/loans/plastic-loans) which talks about using Egg money to pay money onto your current account and then transferring debt to M&S permanently low interest rate. Sounds like a great idea.

My concern is that I am about to live for two months at a friends place before moving into a flat I've just bought. I presume my credit rating will be shot now that I am officially not at my current address. At the moment my credit is good. I am still registered to vote at the current address though and won't change that till I move into the flat in September. Will that cause any problems?

Cheers,
Tim.
