Can I join in this month please? I've been very good this month and have been very strict with myself, so feel confident enough to join in this month.
    I'll go for 10 NSD's and 3 in a row.

Thank you for the new thread

I'm going to stick at 15 this month

I managed 17 in January on a target of 15, but as February is a short month I'll stay at 15 - should still be challenging

    Good luck everyone

  • Hello all:wave:

I think this month is going to be much tougher than last but I'm not shying away! I was pretty much a hermit in January and circumstances are forcing me out of my cave in February. I have a weekend away with friends, half term, DH starting a new job, DS2's 7th birthday and whatever else pops up - hopefully a date for my surgery (cross everything for me please!)

But as I said, I'm not shying away, January was a huge NSD success so let's start with a target of 16 and see where we get to.

Good luck and happy "not-spending" everyone!

  • Today has been a (planned) spendy day for me - I did the weekly shop at Aldi (£18.79 for the two of us) and the only thing I envisage possibly needing between now and next weekend's Aldi shopping trip is maybe a pint of milk, because the cupboards and freezer are now full.

On the way home I stopped at Sainsbury's and filled up on petrol for my next week's commutes to work (£22.80) and then stopped at the local hardware shop for half a kg of gundog muesli for 82p, which will last Norman our little Border Terrier until next Saturday when alternated with Chappie and terrier meal.

So man, beast and car totally sorted for the week for a total cost of £42.41, with £15 of this week's budget still left in my wallet which hopefully I won't need to spend :D:D:D

Roll on the rest of February!

Not an NSD for me. Nipped into A1di and as well as the veg (which doesn't count) I picked up some fresh fish for tea. And then I nipped to the Post Office to send a 'pass it forward' type package to a lady from the weigh loss website I'm a member of.
