I have a very oily t zone and am probe to spots (mainly around my mouth area).

I use Eucerin, Dermo Purifyer Hydrating care as my moisturiser and have noticed a big improvement. It is £10 from Boots. It does say use once a day on the packet but I sometimes use it twice a day. If I do use it only once a day, I use Oil of Ulay complete care as my other moisturiser.

  • Of the ones you mention, I have tried Origins, Dermalogica and Lancome.

    Lancome was fine.

Dermalogica I liked. I had a facial and they recommended the products to me - then I bought online cheaper.

Origins, I love, and whatever I try I always come back to it. Some counters will do mini facials for free so you can try the products before buying. And will sample pretty much anything - I had a mini facial yesterday and came away with 3 samples so I can try them myself. And usually will say that if you don't get on with it, take it back and they'll swap for something else. I love all their moisturisers - prices are about £25 to £40 so more expensive than Lush but I think they make basic skincare really luxurious.
