E-ON 3 days later... the money has been transfered to your account
Me 5 days later... where is my money?
E-ON... It can take 3-5 working days
Me... Its been 8 days
E-ON... Not from management approval and that was yesterday
Me... Ahh so its not 3-5 days
E-ON... yes it is and it will be with Monday
Me... But thats 11 days!
E-ON... No its not!
Me... OK I give in and by the way I switched yesterday
E-ON... OK Goodbye

I'm really sorry it took so long to refund your money. This shouldn't have happened.
Large refunds like this do need a senior manager's authorisation but this shouldn't have caused a delay. The advisor dealing with this should've have grabbed the nearest one and asked them to put it through there and then.
If they'd done this, it would've been back in your bank within 5 working days of the request.
Sorry again for the delay.
