Cheap Energy Club Eon Switch Failed

Back in November I used the cheap energy club website to change my gas and electric supplier, today I receive this email,
"Hi
Unfortunately, there's been a delay with your request to switch to E.on. A technical fault at MoneySupermarket (which does the switches for us) meant E.on didn't receive a small number of switches. Yours was one of those affected.
We're working hard to put this right for you, and we're going to send you £15 to make up for the inconvenience. But first, we need to know what you'd like to do. If you don't tell us, your switch won't go ahead.
So I ran an up-to-date comparison and NPOWER are now cheaper than Eon but I've read horror stories about NPOWER customer service. The next is then EDF but again, I've read horror stories about them too!
The biggest problem though is that when I email the address in the email about what I am going to do...it fails! I simply cannot send any messages to that email address.
Please can someone help?

- Do you want to proceed with your original application? E.on says it will honour the tariff you originally asked for. But new rules from regulator Ofgem mean there are small changes to the way the tariff is structured. E.on says you won't be any worse off, and some may be better off.
- Do you want to do a new comparison? As the market's changed and new tariffs have been launched, you may want to do a new comparison. If so, log into your Cheap Energy Club account to check for new best buy tariffs.
