A few Questions for the N Power Rep!
As the title suggests this is for the N Power Rep that comes on this board. I have some questions as follows;
My Mother has a Super Tariff Meter that I understand is now obsolete, as they are not made anymore. So why have N Power not changed the meter or any of the other 31 flats in her sheltered housing scheme?
Why have N Power spent all this money on a billing computer that cannot accept the Super Tariff meters, or their readings?
Having had 12 months to supply an alternative means of billing, why have they not done so?
Why can N Power not commit to telling me when or if a bill will be produced?
The billing computer cannot bill customers on this tariff, therefore it does not know whether the customer owes anything or not. So how can it reassess customers direct debit payments?
I don't suppose the N Power rep will answer any of the above but I will live in hope;)

i'm not an Npower rep or know anything about their problems with billing this type of meter. Seems a little strange, as they are the legacy supplier in that area.
AFAIK the meters themselves are being changed for 2 E7 meters when the the meters need to be changed or faulty0
