Red marks on my black clothes

I've notices a couple of times when taking my dark washing out of the machine some have red dots on them, even when there is nothing else red in the wash and my washing machine is clean.

I'm confused, is this some kind of odd bleaching or something?

It sound like the items may be bleached, black does go red when it comes into contact with it. Could it be that you powder/tablets haven't disolved?
